Malicious Intent began its reign of brutality in late 2006 when two
fellow metal heads met on a train, after discussing musical tastes and
what thay hoped to achieve, Matt (guitar) and Craig (bass) then stepped
into the jam room to work on reaching their goal.

After numerous jams the search for a vocalist ensued, With a strong low
end growl and overwhelming presence their search ended finally with
Alfonso Latella.

In early 2008 Malicious Intent was contacted by Adam who’s skills on
drums surpassed anyone that had been seen or jammed with. It was
quickly decided that he was to be the newest addition in the ranks of
Malicious Intent.

With no compromise in song writing, love for brutality and a
willingness to explore further musical ideas, Malicious Intent has
forged a sound that is uniquely their own, drawing influences from many
different backgrounds from brutal heavy metal and dark classical music
to funk and jazz, along with comparisons to Devildriver and Cannibal
Corpse, Malicious Intent is truly a force to be reckoned with
